Carol Singers. Traced with a black drawing pen, this
design is coloured on the reverse with blendable pencils. The two borders
are perforated with the semi-square tool and finished with some simple
embossing and cutting.
Robin. All Christmas design packs should have at least
one robin! This one is embossed and then colored on the reverse with
blendable pencils. There is a touch of gold, with either gold ink or a
'Santa', this time in the form of a Russian Doll. The
outline is traced with a fine black pen and most of the colouring is done on
the front with felt tip pens. The border is made with the PCA Bold Diagonal
Skating Robins. Hoping that two dare-devil robins
taking to the ice will raise a smile this Christmas. The tracing is done
with sepia and black drawing pens and the colouring is done on
the reverse with blendable pencils. We used the almond tool to make the
Holly and Poinsettia. Inspired by one of the amazing
Faberge Eggs (the original is a clock-face), this design features holly and
a poinsettia traced with a black drawing pen, with a touch of gold. As well
as the Pergamano original semi-circle tool, the lacework uses grid 19 (60
deg. Diagonal) but a bold diagonal grid will also work well, giving a
slightly different look.
Christmas Cheer. 'Tis the season to be jolly, so now
you can raise a glass to a good friend by sending them this card. The glass
is shown as whitework and the baubles and holly are traced with a fine black
drawing pen but the whole design would work very well as a whitework card.
The Pergamano Moon tool is used in the border, together with the star tool.
A frosted effect is achieved with a little stippling.
Hopeful! Two cuddly teddy bears are wishing that
SOMEONE would take advantage of the mistletoe. If you haven't tried a grid
border before, this one is really simple and uses a bold straight grid. A
really quick and easy fun pattern for the teddy bear collectors and small
grandchild alike. If you're a fan of teddy bears, we have more in 'We
Love Teddy Bears' pattern pack.
